The clock is not stamped for Henri Jacot but after years of working on H.J. It also has the addition of the Henri Jacot inner ring.
This is a very attractive carriage clock with the unusual addition of unique cobalt blue minute track and minutes around the Black Roman numerals. This little clock really does need to be seen to fully appreciate the size and detail. Fully serviced-overhauled movement with original escapement. The engine turned, silvered masked enamel dial showing Roman numerals, outer Arabic minutes with blued steel hands. The clock retains the original outer leather case and original key, it is also unusual to see the handle attached to the leather case. Īn extremely well presented miniature carriage timepiece. The clock is in a rectangular ebony veneered on oak case with moulded plinth and five bevelled glass panels.
